This class will focus on building skill, fitness, and mental toughness within sport. We will also do some research projects.
On days where Sports Excellence occurs after your gym period, please remain changed. We will workout on these days.
To those students who have successfully prepared and taught their lesson.
Remember: if your presentation date is coming up be prepared with all equipment ready to rock.
Also, our classroom is restrictive; let the class know to bring a sweater/jacket for outdoor activities!
Today we had a brief chat about what it means to be mentally tough.
We also filled out a form describing our personal motivators for sport, as well describing and discussing what exactly "choking" might be in sports.
Our student-run "courses" begin next week!
